Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped out same day or 1-2 days after placing orders. Please allow approximately 3-4 business days for any order to be delivered after being shipped out.

 After orders are shipped, we are not responsible for LOST , DAMAGED or MISS-MARKED packages.

If package was not delivered as noted with tracking number you must contact your local USPS location. As we are not the ones who physically deliver the goods we are not responsible for anything that happens after your package is dropped off. A claim must be opened with USPS for any refunds or settlements. 

As we are a small business we cannot REFUND any products that are marked “DELIVERED.”

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

If you provide us with the incorrect address upon purchasing, you need to contact us immediately after the order has been placed otherwise you are responsible for any additional costs needed if your order is returned to sender.
